Shipping policy
DRN offers standard and express as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, our orders may experience delays.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
We regret that we are unable to ship to Hawaii, or Alaska or Puerto Rico.
P.O. Box
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping.
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. DRN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
For delivery to any country outside of the U.S., please send us a message.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.
